We offer a range of courses that can be developed bespoke to your requirements.

We understand that everyone is different, and we are happy to work with you to create the perfect Smoking Academy experience. Whether you are a complete novice or a professional chef looking to expand your knowledge of how to cure and smoke various products, we can tailor a course to suit your requirements.

The courses are a minimum of  one day,  which is a basic introduction to the process.

Our Original Smokers Course which is a day and a half and is a practical, hands on introduction to the traditional methods of Curing & Smoking, or we have the more in-depth 4 day course, covering the process in much more detail and using a wider range of products and is for those that want to take it up on a professional basis.

Our flagship Original Course is more than just a simple introduction –  you will learn the basics of the traditional smoking all types of food, covering the theory and practical application, as well as how to design, make and use a hot and cold smoker. Health & Safety is covered as well as sourcing the right wood for burning, and producing smoke.

We can do One on One programmes for those of you who prefer a more intimate process, or we can cater for Groups of up to 12, if you enjoy the banter and want to learn the art of smoking with a bunch of friends. We are happy to cater to your needs.
